There are no third-party runtime packages in Package.swift. This statement must be rechecked after each dependency addition. Record exact version/hash, license, author/source, modifications, attribution requirements, security review and distribution decision for future entries. App signing/provisioning materials are not assets for this inventory and must stay out of git.
