Wristivo

Move your wrist. Move the screen.

A native iPhone and Apple Watch remote foundation for compatible Samsung TVs running Tizen. The product's primary goal is deliberate wrist movements that produce directional TV button presses. The working brand is provisional and must be cleared before publication.

Current state

This is an integrated live prototype, not a hardware-validated remote or release. The iPhone composes the TV transport, device-only Keychain storage and WatchConnectivity relay. The watch composes live commands, Core Motion calibration and opt-in ten-second gesture sessions. Both apps retain explicit demo controls. No physical-device compatibility or reliable wrist recognition is claimed.

Start with the first-device runbook, then use Q’s hardware plan. A socket-write receipt is not confirmation that a TV performed an action.

The intended path is Apple Watch → WatchConnectivity → iPhone → local TV WebSocket. The watch is the control surface; the iPhone is required as a relay. Gestures operate in an explicit active watch session. The app must stop sensing and disarm when inactive. No promise of all-day, wrist-down, or phone-free control.

Open and check

Open Wristivo.xcodeproj in Xcode. Choose Wristivo for iPhone or WristivoWatch for watchOS. The generated project is committed, so no project generator installation is needed to open it.

bash Scripts/check.sh # all portable package tests and privacy plist syntax
bash Scripts/check.sh --apps # also compile unsigned iOS + watchOS device builds

Baseline: iOS 17, watchOS 10, Swift 6; development host initially verified with Xcode 27 / Swift 6.4. Supporting these deployment targets still requires later runtime testing. See setup.

Read AGENTS.md before assigning implementation. Only the integrating engineer changes shared contracts, signing settings, project wiring, or main. The next milestone is one real right-wrist movement producing exactly one right press on the owner's TV, with reliable stop/disarm behavior.
