# TVTransport

Workstream A implementation for iPhone-only paired local TV networking. The actor
owns pairing authorization, bounded event parsing, one-at-a-time command submission,
admission/deadline checks and generation cancellation. It never claims that a socket
write changed the TV. `SamsungEventParser` and `SamsungRemoteEncoder` remain pure
package seams; URLSession and TLS handling stay in this adapter.

The local `Package.swift` is a focused test harness. The integrator must add the
adapter to the iPhone target through the project generator, conform workstream E's
Keychain/trust repository to the injected seam in `INTEGRATION-PROPOSAL.md`, and keep
the adapter out of watchOS. Physical pairing and certificate behavior are untested
until the owner completes `MANUAL-PAIRING.md`.
