Untrack .DS_Store; compile rustls without TLS 1.2

The transport already restricts to TLS 1.3 (docs/02); dropping the tls12 feature keeps TLS 1.2 code out of the binary entirely. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <[email protected]>
